Our Commonwealth is committed to educating young people to be future leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Founding board member, Britta Maciuba, has led the creation and management of our organization's initiative in this area.  

 

The Rose Dodson STEM Mentorship Program currently supports 32 area schoolchildren and there are plans to add another 30 for next year. The Mentorship Program consists of 8 weeks of training and learning on communication skills, financial literacy, college and trade school, and the Bourbon Academy.​
