STEM EDUCATION & TRAINING
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
POPULAR DEMOCRACY
The Rose Dodson STEM Mentorship Program currently supports 32 area schoolchildren and there are plans to add another 30 for next year. The Mentorship Program consists of 8 weeks of training and learning on communication skills, financial literacy, college and trade school, and the Bourbon Academy.
Our Commonwealth advocates for reforms in Frankfort which enhance the responsiveness of our state government to the needs and concerns of Kentuckians.
Our Commonwealth maintains that, from the local to the federal levels, an active, informed citizen is key to a healthy democracy. We support citizen engagement through voter registration, cultivating higher awareness on issues and candidates for office and incumbents, and important actions in Frankfort.
